How can users get into the app, what if they lose their password?

If a user needs to access their account or loses their password, an administrator can provide the user with a login link and password help through the user's account details screen. 

Simply navigate to the user's profile and click on the Send Email button then select the password help option on the following screen. Instructions will walk you through sending a user an email to get logged back in.
