How do I add an Evaluation Survey after a test is complete?

Often times, test administrators would like to survey their users for feedback. Gauge allows you to add surveys to programs or courses for just this purpose.

You can now add an evaluation/feedback survey at the end of your test instead of using our Program feature. This greatly simplifies the authoring of your tests. To add a survey at the end of the test, go to the Scoring and results tab under Options in a test’s setting. There you will find a new section called “Evaluation/Feedback Survey.”

Note: Surveys cannot be added to standalone tests.
