There are a number of ways you can assign content to users.
If a user or users are part of a User Group, content can be assigned to the entire group by selecting that group under the Access tab within an individual test, lesson, or program.
Alternatively, you can choose to assign content by providing a user with a direct link to a test, lesson or program by using a Special Purpose URL Access Link.
To create these types of links, navigate to the URL Access Link Builder under Manage > Settings > Configuration Settings and scroll down to "Build Content Lookup Code into the URL access code." Here you will find a dropdown list with all of your available content. Simply choose the content you would like to provide access to and click the button labeled Build and Display Listing of Special URL Links.
This will return you to a screen that now shows special URLs you can share with your users.
