How do I limit what users can access?

You have a lot of flexibility in how you limit user access. At the most basic level, you can limit each user by navigating to an individual User Detail page.

Manage  >  Users  >  Open or Edit  >  User You Would Like to Edit

Here you will find a button that says "Edit This Users Access and Security Settings"

On this screen, you can delegate admin access, assign a user to one or more user groups or directly assign access to specific content.
