Assigning Content
When you are making your test sometimes you want to share your test with a group of people or you want to just assign a test to one user. To start assigning content, go to your test settings and click on the Access tab.
Folders
As a Superuser or admin, you are able to put your test in a folder. If you have made a folder you will see it under the folders section in the access tab. Select the folder you want to add your test to and save the changes at the bottom of the page. By default, tests will not be in folders.

User Group Membership
If you have user groups set up this is where you will assign the test to the group. To do so, use the checkboxes and select the user groups that you want the test to go to. Then save your changes at the bottom of the page.

Automatic Assign (or un-assign) User Group Membership Upon Completion
This feature is typically used to make content available only after a user has either passed, failed or just completed taking the content. For content where passing does not apply, just the completion of taking the content counted for this purpose as passing, failing assignments are ignored.
Use the checkboxes next to the user group names to assign and/or un-assign USER group membership.
Assigning Tests/Content to Individual Users
If you want to assign content to just one user at a time, go to the user settings. In the user settings, click on the "Edit This Users Access & Security Settings". Then under the "Assign Content" dropdown, select the test/content you want the user to take and save your changes by clicking the "Update Information" button.
Prerequisites
The prerequisites feature can be useful if you want your users to take certain content in a specific order. This feature is similar to the way programs work. Prerequisites can be used instead of programs when you might want to have only a few tests/content to be taken rather than many.
To add a prerequisite to a test click on the prerequisite tab on a test. Then click "Add Prerequisite". You will be shown a list of all your available content. Use the checkboxes to select the tests and content you want, then at the bottom of the page click "Pick Content".
You will then see the content you selected in a list. You can use the arrows to rearrange your content.
