URL Access Links

If you are trying to look for your site's links or are trying to share your site with users this is the right place. By going to Manage  >  Settings  >  Configuration Settings  >  URL Access Links you will be given a list of links that you can use and share. You will be given three different links. A primary URL, an alternative URL, and a URL that goes directly to your tests.

Your browser might force the following URLs to span across multiple lines. URLs begin with the string 'http'. URLs CANNOT contain a blank space. On this page, the URLs that span across multiple lines end at the start of the blank line (start of a new carriage return). When you copy URLs from this page, make sure you get the entire URL if it spans across multiple lines. When pasting into another application, remove any blanks or carriage returns added by your application.

On your website, you can put these URLs under a button, menu selection or redirect to them using your domain name. Do not however attempt to use them in website frames or in iframes.

Contact your GAUGE/test.com representative if you have any questions.

Note: When sharing URLs with your users, NEVER share a URL your browser is currently using.

Building URLs

You also have the option to build your own URL. Building URLs can be useful to direct your users to a specific test or by using user groups you can automatically send a user to a user group. To build a URL go down to the "Build and Display Special Purpose URL Access Links" drop-down. Then use the checkboxes to enable different settings and use the corresponding drop-downs to further configure your settings. When you are done click the "Build and Display Listing of Special URL Links" button.
